Domestic Shipping


At Riser we offer free standard shipping with all our orders using Australia Post. We aim to send within 1-2 business days.Please allow at least 3-5 business days for your order to arrive All express shipping orders placed before 2pm will be shipped that day, and in most cases will be delivered to you the next day.

Please note that all orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped first thing the following Monday.

To make sure you don't miss out on your delivery, we advise you list a business address or an address where you will be between 9am-5pm to receive it.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number for your package.

Please ensure you write the correct address. If the item is returned due to incorrect address a shipping fee will need to be paid to resend your order.


International Shipping

For all our International Orders we use Australia Post International. Your shipping will be added to your total at checkout.

All orders placed after 2pm will be posted first thing the following business day. Please allow 10-14 business days. If you haven't received your parcel within that time frame please email christine@earlyriser.com.au so we can locate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

We recommend you make yourself aware of customs taxes and duties for your particular country before placing an order with us, as we are not responsible for any fees that are added to your order once it arrives in it's country of destination.

Returns

We believe in our product and value the happiness of our customer. We ensure every Riser product is in perfect condition when sent to you.

If you are dissatisfied with your product please advise us via email at info@earlyriser.com.au within 2 days of receiving your product along with the order number and the reasons of why you are dissatisfied.

If your item is faulty upon receipt we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in it's original packaging.

Returns are at the cost of the purchaser but Riser will reimburse this cost on return if deemed to be faulty.
